At Merveille, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
